There can be a number of reasons coffee isn’t coming out of your Sanremo espresso machine.

There are two stages to troubleshooting this problem.

First step – is water coming out if you remove the portafilter?

If yes, move on to step two. If not, we suggest you call a Sanremo engineer.

Second step – adjust the dose of your coffee machine

Incorrect coffee dosing on your machine may be causing nothing to come out of the machine.

To adjust the dose follow the below steps or watch Matt walk you through it in the video.

1. Press and hold button five on your Sanremo machine.
2. When the lights start flashing, press the button you want to program.
3. Attach the filled portafilter into the machine.
4. Allow the coffee to follow until the desired weight or volume has come out.
5. Then press the button you are programming once more and the dose has been set.
