One of the great features of the Sanremo Cafe Racer Espresso machine is it’s ability to micro tune the dosing with small increments after setting it up normally with the standard push and hold function.

To micro tune the dose on the Sanremo Cafe Racer:

1. Press and hold the middle button on the group along with the hot water button.
2. You’ll notice the screen then changes to ‘set. Now repeatedly press the middle button until the d settings show. The D1 is for the left button and D2 is for the right button.
3. Now you can press the left of right button on the group to micro tune the dose.
4. When it is at the desired dose, continue pressing the middle button to exit the settings menu.
